To insure that your Hydro Cell System produces more hydrogen, we spend several hours prepping each plate of the Cell Plate System by cross sanding it with a 36 grit paper so to help achieve a maximum surface area. Each Cell Plate System is assembled in a dust free environment with rubber gloves, and each plate is carefully cleaned with alcohol to insure the best performance out of every system.Most of our Competitors use a lower grade steel like 304.
