I am looking to swap a 2.8L Jeep Liberty engine into a TJ. Does Twin Peaks Diesel have experience with this? If so, can you PM a price? I want this to be a reliable, trouble free swap as I will be exploring some very baren territory.

My other option would be a 3.0L Grand Cherokee Diesel into my current JK. Do you offer a kit for this?

First of all we do have experiance with this type of swap, we have done cummins engines into chevy's and ford's. We also have put the new hemi engines into the JK, which turns out to be a very clean swap. As far as putting a 2.8 into a TJ, this should be an easy swap considering that Jeep put these engines into wranglers overseas. For the 3.0 liter into the JK, you will need to get the transmission that come behind this engine. Being that it is a Mercedes engine, it will have to be mated to the Mercedes trans. I have not seen any adapters for this engine yet.
